Privacy Policy

We hold the brief on your desk and, often, work you have not submitted yet. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who inside the business can see it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

✓ Writers never see your name ✓ Never sold or shared ✓ Deletion on request
01

Your Information Is Secure With Us

UAE Assignment Help is responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website, the student portal, email and messaging. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, who sees it and what you can ask us to do with it.

Our registered office is Second Floor, Krishna Tower, 1st Swaroop Colony, Heera Nagar Mode, Ajmer Road, DCM, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302021, India, while the students we work with are based across the Emirates. Data protection obligations therefore arise in both places, and we handle information to the stricter of the two standards rather than the looser one.

If you have a question about anything in this policy, email info@uaeassignmenthelp.com and we will respond within five working days.

02

Information We Collect

We collect the minimum needed to quote your brief, assign the right specialist and deliver the work. That normally means your name, email address and a contact number.

Depending on how you use the site, we may also hold:

  • Order details — subject, level, word count, deadline, referencing style and the emirate you study in.
  • Files you upload — the assignment brief, module handbook, marking criteria, draft work or tutor feedback.
  • Payment confirmation — that a payment succeeded and for which order. We never see or store your full card details; those stay with the payment provider.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

We ask you not to send information that identifies other people. For nursing and clinical briefs that means no patient names, ward names, hospitals or file numbers. For CDR and workplace briefs it means no colleague names or confidential employer documents. If identifying material reaches us we remove it.

03

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to deliver the service you asked for and nothing else: preparing your quote, matching you with a specialist in your field, communicating about the order, delivering the work, handling revisions and answering support questions.

We do not use your topic, your files or your contact details for marketing, we do not build advertising profiles from them, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Aggregated and anonymised information — for example, which subjects are most in demand in a given month — may be used to plan capacity. Nothing in that form identifies a student.

04

Confidentiality Assurance

Your personal information is not shared with third parties for their own purposes. It is used solely to process your order and support you.

Writers receive only the academic material needed to do the work. They do not see your full name, your email address, your phone number or anything relating to payment. That separation is deliberate, and it is the reason we can tell nursing and CDR clients that anonymity is built into the process rather than promised after the fact.

We use a small number of service providers to operate — hosting, payment processing, email delivery and analytics. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.

TODO: list the named sub-processors here (hosting provider, payment gateway, email service, analytics) before publishing.

05

Secure Order Identification

Every order is assigned a unique reference number. Internal teams discuss and track work by that reference rather than by your name, which limits how far your identity travels inside the business and protects your details from unauthorised access.

When you contact support, quoting the reference is faster and safer than sending personal details again.

06

Data Protection Measures

We operate a check-and-balance system intended to prevent unauthorised access to your information. In practice that means:

  • Files are transferred and stored over encrypted connections.
  • Access to student records is restricted to staff who need it for a specific task, and is reviewed periodically.
  • Accounts belonging to people who leave are closed rather than left dormant.
  • Writers work inside our platform, so academic files are not scattered across personal inboxes.

No system is absolutely secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach ever affected your data we would tell you and the relevant authority as required.

07

Restricted Communication

Contact between writers and students happens through your order rather than through personal email or messaging. You can still ask your writer questions directly about the brief, the data or the structure — the conversation simply stays inside the platform.

This protects both sides. Your identity stays separate from the academic work, and there is a record if anything about the order is later disputed.

08

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working, remember your session and secure your portal login. Without them the order form cannot function.

Analytics cookies tell us which pages students actually use, so we can improve them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; blocking essential cookies will stop parts of the site from working.

TODO: if a cookie banner or consent tool is added, describe it here and link to the cookie settings.

09

Data Retention

Order records and correspondence are kept for as long as we need them to support you, handle revisions and meet accounting or legal obligations. Uploaded files and delivered work are removed from active systems once that period ends.

If you want your data deleted sooner, email us and we will act on it wherever no legal or accounting obligation requires us to keep it.

TODO: state your actual retention periods here — for example, order records for X years, uploaded files for Y months after delivery.

10

Your Rights Over Your Data

You can ask us to:

  • Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date.
  • Delete your information, where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.
  • Restrict or object to particular uses of it.
  • Withdraw consent where our use of your data relies on it.

To exercise any of these, email info@uaeassignmenthelp.com from the address on your order. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting, which is a protection for you rather than an obstacle.

Students in the Emirates have rights over their personal data under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Because we operate from India, obligations under Indian data protection law also apply to us.

TODO: have a lawyer confirm which framework to name, and add the correct complaint route for students who are unhappy with how their data was handled.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy when our services or obligations change. The revision date at the top of this page always shows when it was last changed.

Where a change materially affects how we use your information, we will make that clear rather than quietly amend the text. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Question About Your Data? Ask Before You Order

Email us and a person will answer, whether or not you ever place an order. Reading this page first is exactly the right instinct.
