• •Orders are placed online. Work begins once payment for that task, or that milestone, is confirmed.
• •You are quoted a fixed price per task before paying, and you are told which specialist will take it. Nothing is payable until both suit you.
• •You are responsible for the accuracy of the brief, marking criteria, word count and deadline you supply. Work is produced against what you provide.
• •Prices are quoted in UAE dirhams. Figures shown on service pages are indicative starting points, not a fixed price list.
• •We may decline an order. A deadline too short to do the brief properly, or a request that crosses into misconduct, is refused rather than accepted and rushed.

Our services are intended for students aged 18 and over. Applicants aged 16 or 17 may use them only with the documented consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.

We do not knowingly provide services to children under 16. If we learn that an order was placed by someone under that age without guardian consent, we will cancel it and delete the associated data.

The services are for your own use. You may not resell, transfer or pass our work to a third party without our written consent.

TODO: confirm the minimum age you want to operate. The current live page states 10 years, which we would not recommend keeping.

We supply model and reference work to support your own study. We do not offer ghostwriting, and we are not sponsored by, endorsed by or affiliated with any university, college or awarding body in the Emirates or elsewhere.

By ordering, you confirm that you will use the material for study, reference and a better understanding of your subject — not by submitting it as your own original work for course credit.

We will not accept orders that involve:

• •Sitting an examination or a timed assessment on your behalf.
• •Logging into a university portal, LMS or student account for you.
• •Producing a Competency Demonstration Report to be submitted to Engineers Australia as your own words rather than built from your own projects.
• •Anything else we consider dishonest or likely to put your standing at risk.

How you use what we supply is your decision, and your responsibility under your institution’s academic conduct rules.

Work is delivered on or before the agreed deadline, by email or through your account, with a Turnitin report attached.

Longer projects — dissertations, capstones and full CDR reviews — are delivered in the stages set out in your quote, so you can take each part to your supervisor before the next begins.

If a delay is ever unavoidable we will tell you as soon as we know and agree a revised date with you. We will not quietly miss a deadline and explain afterwards.

Payments are made online through a secure checkout in UAE dirhams. We never see or store your full card details; those remain with the payment provider.

On longer projects, payment can be made by milestone. Work on a stage begins once that stage’s payment is confirmed.

Promotional codes apply to the quoted price. They cannot be combined and cannot be applied retrospectively to an order already placed.

Revisions measured against the brief you originally sent are free and unlimited during your review window. That includes acting on tutor feedback about the same task.

A change of brief, a different question, a changed word count or new requirements are new work and are quoted separately. We will tell you which category a request falls into before doing anything.

Refunds are issued where we have not delivered what was agreed — for example, work that does not follow the brief, or a missed deadline that we caused.

Refunds are not issued for the grade awarded. No service can control how an assessor marks, and any provider promising otherwise is telling you something it cannot deliver.

Refund requests should be raised through support with your order reference and a clear explanation of what went wrong. Where a partial refund is appropriate, we will explain how the figure was reached.

Your information is handled as set out in our privacy policy. In short: writers receive only the academic material needed to do the work, never your name, email address or payment information, and your details are not sold or shared.

For nursing, clinical and workplace briefs, you agree not to send material that identifies other people — patients, wards, hospitals, colleagues or employers. If identifying material reaches us, we remove it, and we may decline the order where doing so would put you in breach of a professional obligation.

All content published on this website — text, layout, graphics and structure — belongs to UAE Assignment Help. You may print material for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, republish, distribute, transmit or sell it, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Copyright in work we produce for you passes to you on full payment. If a refund is issued for an order, ownership of that work reverts to us and you must stop using it.

Work produced for one customer is never supplied to another. Nothing we write is resold.

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for the grade you receive, for decisions taken by your institution, or for losses arising from a brief, deadline or set of guidelines that reached us late or inaccurately.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms as our services or obligations change. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

The revision date at the top of this page always shows when it was last changed.
